Denise Bateman

Denise Bateman, a house painter and life-long resident of Lancaster, CA, died unexpectedly on April 20th, 2022, at the age of 56. She is survived by her children, Charles Curtis, Nicole, Amanda, Michael, Tatiana & Alicia; and her siblings, Diana, Richard, Darren, Darryl and Candy.

Denise was second oldest of seven children, born in California on September 16, 1965, to Douglas Bateman and Patricia Cox. She graduated from Rosamond Highschool June of 1983. Denise has six children: Charles Curtis, Nicole, Amanda, Michael, Tatiana & Alicia; whom she loved and cherished. She continuously strived to be a great sister to her siblings Diana, Richard, Darren, Darryl, Patrick and Candy.

Denise was enthusiastic and tough. She thoroughly enjoyed art, sports, country music, reading, and spending time with her grandchildren. Denise had an infectious and tireless work ethic, which was also evident in her children. In passing, she follows Douglas Bateman (Father), Patricia Wilson (Mother), James Wilson (Stepfather) & Patrick Wilson (Brother).

Denise was a devoted grandmother, precious sister, and a beloved mother. Denise will be deeply missed by friends, family and all who knew her.
