Devin Lam Robbins of Highland, California, passed away after a brief illness on April 20, 2020 in Tooele, Utah.
Beloved son of Dieu Lam Robbins of Lancaster, California and Phillip R. Robbins (deceased), he leaves his brother Daniel K. Robbins, sister-in-law Celene (Paramo) Robbins, niece Ava Robbins, all of Carlsbad, California, and Rudi Schlegel, husband of Dieu Lam Robbins along with numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends

Born in Landstuhl, Germany in 1975, Devin was a longtime resident of Lancaster, attended and graduated from the Lancaster Public Schools with advanced studies at Antelope Valley College. A veteran, he honorably served his country in the United States Army as a Unit Supply Specialist from 1991 through 1993.
His twenty year management career was in the information technology field including 12 years on staff with General Atomics. Most recently he had successfully obtained his Private Pilot’s License and had been promoted into General Atomics Aeronautical Systems.
Devin was a devoted, and highly knowledgeable, listener of contemporary and jazz music as well as an enthusiast of contemporary film and video. His intelligent, quiet, generous and compassionate presence will always be remembered with love by his family and friends.
