Donald Brown

Donald was born September 10th, 1934, and passed away July 17th, 2018. He was preceded in death by his sons, Don and Ken Brown. Donald is survived by his loving wife of 61 years, Lorene (Betty) Brown, his son Robert Brown, his six grandchildren, one great-grandson, and anyone else who needed a Pops. Donald was in the United State Air Force with the rank of Airman 1st Class and retired from his well-earned title of Assistant Fire Chief at Edwards Air Force Base. Donald worked the flight line on base. He was a master mechanic/engineer who enjoyed hunting, and loved to fish! Donald was someone who would help anyone in need, anytime, anywhere. The world truly lost a gem, so until we meet again Pops.

The viewing for Donald will be held, Friday, August 3rd, 2018 at 4pm, at Halley Olsen Murphy Funerals and Cremations. Viewing hours are 4-8pm.

Donald's burial will take place, August 13th, 2018 at 11am, at Pomona Valley Memorial Park. 502 East Franklin Ave. Pomona, CA 91766. Immediately following, we will have a celebration of life at North Towne Christian Church, 817 N. Towne Ave, Pomona, CA 91767.
