Gordon Wayne Vance Sr. was born on December 30, 1934, to Charlie Vance and Mabel Tiffany in Topeka, Kansas. 


Gordon joined the United States Marine Corps in 1953 and fought in the Korean War for his country. On foreign soil, he found himself fighting for our freedom. He will be a hero forever. 


Gordon is survived by his children Gordon W. Vance Jr., Evelyn E. Callison, Deborah Pelizzari, Judith Hayes, and Pauline Lang, as well as many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. 


Mr. Vance joined the love of his life Pauline E. Vance on July 25, 2024, never to part again.
