LeeAnn Powell

LeeAnn Powell, née DiPrima, was born May 22nd, 1954, to Tom and Vicky DiPrima, in Los Angeles CA. 

LeeAnn married Fred, on August 24th, 1973, at the Little Brown Church in Van Nuys, Ca. They were married 51 years at the time of her passing. LeeAnn and Fred had a once in a lifetime, true love story. They were always holding hands and kissing any chance they got. They were a true example of love and marriage. 

LeeAnn and Fred raised their 5 children in Antelope Valley. LeeAnn was a homemaker. Always making lunches, taking kids to school, dance, football, and cheerleading. LeeAnn was “everyone’s” mom. If someone needed a ride home or a place to stay after school, she would load them in the van and take them back to her house. 

LeeAnn passed away on January 9th, 2025, with her husband Fred, and their family by her side. 

She is survived by her husband Fred, their children Chris, Amie (David) Good, Lisa (Daniel) Cole, Freddy, and Courtney (Tristan) Walsh. 

She had 7 grandchildren, Eddie (Sara), KayDee (Richard), David (Esther), Bryan (Angelica), Kyle, Darius, Sean and Charlie. She also had 3 great-grandchildren Belle, Olive and Athony. 

Her sisters JoAnn (Joe) Schnelldorfer, Nancy DiPrima, Linda (John) Bewley, and her brother Tom (Lauri) DiPrima. She had 14 nieces and nephews and 12 great-nieces and nephews.

LeeAnn was so loving and so loved by all who knew her.
