Matthew Gallegos

Matthew was born December 4, 1998. Third child of six children born to Anastacio and Ana Gallegos. Matthew has a love for people and happiness about him that was evident since he was young. He spent time backpacking, hiking, fishing with his family. Matthew had a deep faith and loved to share his faith with others. Matthew decided to make a public declaration of his decision to make Jesus his Lord and Savior being baptized April 7, 2013 at the age of 14 years old. As Matthew grew so did his faith. The last few years of his life were spent connecting with people and living his faith out encouraging and loving people in the Lord.

His Lord Jesus Christ called him December 25, 2016. Although Matthew's life was short lived, it was a full life. He followed his Lord's calling and was faithful to the end. We know with confidence that Matthew was received with the words "well done my good and faithful servant. You have been faithful over little, I will set you over much, enter into the joy of your Master." ~ Matt. 25:23.

Matthew will always be in our hearts and memories until the day we are reunited in Heaven.
