In Loving Memory of Ofelia Lira 

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Ofelia Lira, who left this world on January 18, 2025, in Lancaster, California. Born in Los Angeles, California on June 12, 1966, Ofelia lived a life filled with creativity, beauty, and a deep appreciation for the arts. 

From a young age, Ofelia showed artistic skills. Drawing was a natural thing for her. She enjoyed listening to classical music while doing her work, Ofelia studied art as a follow up to her natural talent, She enjoyed doing crafts and drawings for the whole family during the holidays, She specially loved to work on Nativity Sets, Ofelia's warm and vibrant spirit enriched the lives of those who knew her... 

She will be deeply missed by her adoring children, Brisa Lopez and Pakal Lopez, who were the center of her world. She also leaves behind her brother, Jose de Jesús Lira, and her sisters: Maria Elena Lira, Ana Lilia Lira, Martha Lira, Teresa Lira, and Carla Lira. Her nephew, Joselito Mideros Lira, and brother-in-law, Jose Luis Mideros Gadea, also mourn her loss. 

Ofelia’s memory will forever live on in the hearts of her family and all who were touched by her creativity, kindness, and warm spirit. She leaves behind a legacy of beauty and a reminder of the power of self-expression. Though we grieve her passing, let us also celebrate the joy and artistic spirit Ofelia brought into this world. May her legacy and the memories we shared bring comfort to those who mourn her.
