Philip Edwin Noah, 90, was born August 31, 1930 passed away Thursday August 12,2021 Peacefully at home in Palmdale Surrounded by loved ones.
Phil was born in Sacramento and raised in Marysville, Ca. He was the son of the late Robert Sr, and June Noah. Phil was married to the love of his life Frances (Fran) Noah for 41 years until she passed in 1996.
He was preceded in death by his wife Fran. Oldest daughter Brenda Noah Horton, Brothers Robert (Bob), George and his sister Margaret.
He is survived by his son Preston Noah and his wife Denise, daughter Felicia Wells and her husband Tim, daughter Bethany McClam and her husband David and adopted daughter Alisa Mathe.
Grandchildren Sara-Frances (Horton) Clemens and her significant other Todd, Kira-Jillian (K-J Horton) Curnutt and her husband Brian, Noah Horton and his wife Cheryl, Tara-Brionne (Buggie Horton) Boulware and her husband Alex , Ryan Horton and his wife Sarah, Kala-Lindsay (Tilda Horton) Jenne and her husband Josh, Rhys Horton and his wife Autumn, Garrett Noah and his wife Kit, Brock Noah, Miranda (Mandy Sanchez) Baez and her husband Moi, Megan Sanchez-Wilson and her husband Jon, Geneva Abbott McClam, DeAndre McClam, DaVonte McClam and his wife Samantha, Breehan Shields McClam, Madison McClam, Jacob McClam, Kathryn (Doucette) Fidler, Marissa Doucette and Brendon Doucette, and 26 great grand children.
A very large group of loved ones that looked at him as a father and grandfather figure, he will be greatly missed. He was a greatly loved Son, Brother, Husband, Daddy and Pop Pop.
