Remedios "Remy" Calimlim
Remedios (Remy) Calimlim was born on April 10, 1933 in Asingan Pangasinan, Philippines the youngest daughter of Juan & Petronila Garcia, and passed away April 10, 2016 on her 83rd birthday in Camarillo, California.
She is preceded in death by her husband Julian Calimlim and survived by her daughter Jeannette Morrison, grandchildren Stephanie, Shane, Justin, Jeremy and Danielle. She has many relatives throughout the U.S. and Philippines.
Remy was known for her strength & independence, her sense of fashion and beautiful smile. She was very devout in her faith and was a Deaconess at the Iglesia Ni Cristo Church in Oxnard. She was also one of the pioneers in the Lancaster Locale.
