Richard Valencia was raised in Pacoima California by Pete Valencia and Martha Valencia . He was the 2nd to oldest out of 3 siblings. Debbie Valencia, Nellie Valencia and younger brother Jimmy Valencia. He was born April 13,1968 - December 09,2020. He was a big family man his family meant everything to him. He was the Heart and Soul to this family . He had a heart of gold. Richard Valencia would go out of his way to make sure everyone was fine. He would even give you the shirt off his back. Richard Valencia was a very wise man he would always say "jack of all trades master of none." He was a great brother, son, father, husband and grandfather. He had 4 children Cecilia Valencia, Mark Valencia, Ashley Valencia, Desiree Valencia. He also had 2 stepchildren he raised since they were little, Robert Moreno and Christopher Moreno. He was with Denise Moreno for 26 years they were planning on getting married this upcoming January 2021. They would always say they were soulmates. Richard Valencia was big into the chicano lowrider scene he loved classic cars and oldies. He was a die hard Raiders fan.
