Roger Wood

Roger was born in Gardner, Mass. And passed away in Lancaster, Calif.

Employed with Lockheed Aircraft Skunk Works for 45 years, Roger was a resident of the AV for 30 years. A member of the High Desert Runners, he loved to run and competed in 5K races well into his late 70’s. He also loved to dance and was a regular at the Senior Center.

Predeceased by first wife Lorraine Lavoie, second wife Dolores Craig and son Lane, Roger is survived by sons: Mark of Redondo Beach, Calif. and Keith of Pearblossom, Calif. and brothers: Leonard and Herbert. He will be greatly missed by those who knew and loved him.
