Obituary for Vickie Rae Coniglio

Vickie Rae Coniglio, age 67, of Lancaster, California, passed away on January 2, 2025, just days before her 68th birthday. Born on January 7, 1957, Vickie was a beloved daughter, wife, sister, and friend, known for her kind heart, warm spirit, and love for life.

Vickie was the daughter of Myrna Norton and the late Alby Gene Jenkins. She was the sister of the late Rickie Gene Jenkins. Vickie was united in marriage to Anthony Coniglio, and together they shared 34 years of love and companionship before his passing on September 9, 2018. Their shared love of traveling was one of the greatest joys of their life, as they spent many cherished years exploring the world together.

Throughout her career, Vickie worked in the grocery and baking industry, where she was known for her dedication and passion. She brought her creativity and strong work ethic to every task, and her contributions touched many lives in the community.

Vickie’s love for her family was immeasurable. She is survived by her mother, Myrna Norton, and many cherished relatives and friends. Her kindness, sense of humor, and unwavering love will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

In accordance with Vickie’s wishes, there will be no formal memorial service. Vickie requested that her ashes, along with those of her late husband Anthony, be spread together in the ocean, a place that held special meaning for them both.

Vickie’s warmth, generosity, and love for those around her will never be forgotten. May she and Anthony rest in peace, together, in the ocean they both loved.
