Born July 27, 1944 El Centro, California passed away on May 25th, 2018. Yvette grew up in Lone Pine, California, attending Lone Pine H.S in 1962, AVC Nursing 1976, BSN Northridge University. She lived in the AV for 48 years. Hobbies were scrapbooking and traveling internationally. Yvette is a beloved mother, sister, daughter, aunt and co-worker. She is survived by son Robert G. Tuck III, Sharpsburg, GA, daughter Renee Tuck-Quintero, Lancaster, CA, grandchildren Robert G. Tuck IV and Ricky Johnson, and her mother, age 94, Lucille Chambers, Lone Pine, CA. She began a nursing career in 1976 at Lancaster Community Hospital. Some 15 years later she continued to Antelope Valley Hospital where she worked in ICU/CCU, Cath Lab and the operating room. During that time she also earned her Bachelor's in Nursing Science from Northridge University. She worked tirelessly in the service of others for over 40 years in the health care industry as a nurse. After retirement she continued to work in her other favorite industry, arts and crafts. She worked at Scrapbooking Made Simple in Santa Clarita up until the time of her passing. Yvette was a special soul here on earth. She brought a sense of joy and happiness to all she encountered. All of the lives she touched are richer for having known her. She was the heart and soul of her family. Her warmth and generosity will be sorely missed.
